We get asked often about what trauma kit we carry during the course of our work. While gear is important I can't emphasize enough the need for training with each piece of gear you have in your kit. Equipment without knowledge is all but useless. Knowledge with bare bones gear is more valuable in an emergency. This is the first phase of trauma care. If you want training, reach out to us and we can help set it up. But for now, here's a gear list from the Raven Team (contains affiliate links).
These are some supplemental components that are often in the next layer of kit or added depending on the mission or time / distance to help.
